Ghana Compliance
VSL serves Ghanaian users with a Ghana-specific privacy and commerce framework. VSL separates the availability of marketplace software from the availability of a particular fiat, payout or digital-asset rail.
Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843)
VSL maps Ghanaian personal-data processing to the requirements and guidance published by the Data Protection Commission.
Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) regulates the collection, use, disclosure, destruction and care of personal data. VSL documents its role in each workflow, the purpose for processing, the categories of data involved, the recipients, security safeguards, retention and the rights available to data subjects.
The Ghana Data Protection Commission publishes compliance guidance for organisations that process personal data. VSL applies the applicable requirements of Act 843 to the personal-data processing it performs and keeps payment-provider onboarding separate from VSL's own privacy and security obligations.
Payments and digital assets
Marketplace availability and financial-rail availability are assessed separately.
VSL makes marketplace, RFQ, social-commerce, payment-request and business-management tools available to Ghanaian users. A particular collection, conversion, crypto or payout function remains subject to the provider's country, asset, network, KYC and transaction-purpose rules.
Busha currently lists Ghana among countries supported for crypto transactions. VSL does not convert that provider capability into a claim that every Busha fiat payment or payout feature is available in Ghana.
Commercial responsibility
VSL preserves evidence and applies platform controls, while sellers and buyers remain responsible for the transaction itself.
Ghanaian sellers are responsible for product or service legality, required registrations or licences, taxes, customs, accurate descriptions and fulfilment. Buyers are responsible for lawful payment sources, truthful information and lawful purchases.
VSL can restrict prohibited activity, request verification, preserve transaction and delivery evidence, suspend a capability and escalate activity to a provider or competent authority where required.
Regulatory and provider references
Primary regulator, government and provider materials used to frame this public compliance overview. External documents can change; VSL reviews the applicable source before relying on it for a launch or feature decision.
