2. Payment & Payout Information

To help you receive supported payouts, we may collect your saved primary bank account details, payout destination details, payment request information, virtual account references, transaction identifiers, pay-in and payout records, and related payment metadata. VSL Market does not use this information to hold custody of your funds.

3. Marketplace & Social Activity

We process listings, descriptions, images, prices, comments, likes, messages, order or payment-request references, and other interactions needed to operate VSL Market's social commerce features.

4. Device, Security & Usage Data

We may collect device identifiers, IP address, browser information, log data, fraud signals, activity timestamps, and security events to protect accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.

We use information to create and manage accounts, display listings, enable comments and likes, generate payment requests, support virtual POS and virtual account flows, route supported payouts, show transaction history, provide support, and improve the marketplace.

2. Compliance, Risk & Safety

We may use and review information to verify users, prevent fraud, detect prohibited activity, enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, respond to disputes, and comply with banking, payment partner, AML/CTF, sanctions, tax, and legal obligations.

We may share relevant information with banks, payment processors, payout providers, identity or verification vendors, hosting providers, analytics tools, customer support systems, compliance partners, and legal authorities where necessary to provide services or comply with law.

4. Your Choices

• You can review and update certain profile, bank, and payout details in your account.
• You can contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to legal, compliance, security, and transaction-record retention requirements.
• You are responsible for removing content you no longer want displayed, unless VSL Market must retain it for dispute, safety, compliance, or legal reasons.
