Standards for using VSL Market to sell socially, receive payments, and keep the marketplace safe for buyers, sellers, and payment partners.

Platform Role & Compliance Standard

VSL Market is a social commerce and payment processing software platform. We provide tools for listings, social selling, virtual POS payments, payment requests, payment records, and supported payout routing.

We do not take custody of user funds, operate as escrow, or become the seller of items listed by users. Users remain responsible for what they sell, what they receive payment for, and whether their activity complies with applicable law, platform rules, banking requirements, sanctions restrictions, AML/CTF standards, and this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Goods & Content

The following physical, digital, and service categories may not be listed, promoted, or paid for through VSL Market:

  • Illegal Drugs & Controlled Substances: Narcotics, banned substances, drug paraphernalia, unauthorized steroids, and products intended to bypass drug laws.
  • Weapons & Dangerous Goods: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon parts, switchblades, and instructions or files designed to create weapons.
  • Counterfeit, Stolen, or Infringing Goods: Replicas, knock-offs, stolen property, pirated software, unauthorized media, fake accounts, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Human Exploitation & Protected Species: Human remains, organs, trafficking-related services, endangered wildlife products, ivory, rhino horn, or similar restricted materials.
  • False, Harmful, or Deceptive Listings: Listings that misrepresent the product, seller, price, availability, delivery promise, or purpose of the payment request.
Restricted & High-Risk Activity

The following activities are prohibited unless VSL Market gives written approval and the user provides all required licenses or documentation:

  • Regulated Health Products: Prescription medicine, unverified pharmaceuticals, medical claims, or products promoted as guaranteed cures without proper authorization.
  • Adult or Explicit Services: Pornography, escort services, sexual services, and sexually explicit commerce that violates law, payment partner rules, or marketplace safety standards.
  • Unlicensed Financial Services: Money transmission, investment schemes, payday lending, crypto mixing, pyramid schemes, or any activity that requires licensing the user does not hold.
  • Gambling & Betting: Lotteries, casinos, sports betting, sweepstakes, games of chance, or wagering activity that is not properly licensed.
  • Fraud, Abuse & Platform Misuse: Fake payment requests, account takeovers, phishing, chargeback abuse, spam listings, social engagement manipulation, or any attempt to evade compliance review.
Policy Enforcement

VSL Market may review listings, payment requests, virtual POS activity, social interactions, pay-in records, and payout records to protect users, comply with applicable requirements, and respond to suspected misuse.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Removal of listings, comments, content, payment requests, or marketplace activity.
  • Temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of the account.
  • Blocking or disabling payment tools, virtual accounts, payout features, or BTC/USDT payment options where available.
  • Cooperation with banks, payment partners, regulators, law enforcement, or affected users where required by law or platform safety obligations.
